  I recently purchased the Minardi lighting system from them and unfortunately the mirror lights was not as effective for my salon as we had hope. I called my rep (George) and he agreed to have them returned and ill get my refund minus a restocking fee. I had payed for them to be shipping back from Canada to the US and ate the cost of the shipping. I did that in Jan and have phoned them multiple times to get my refund. Instead i get the run around and unreturned emails. It's now March and yet still no refund. When i finally did talk to him *about 3 weeks ago he again assured me the credit department was handling it and i would get it in a few days. Well that didn't happen instead i get the run around and rep "not being at his desk or on lunch" Sucks being ripped off and sucks being ignored! Beware of buying anything from this company.
